Returns Policy

If your order isn’t quite right or you aren’t fully satisfied with your garments, we have a free refund policy.

If you’d like to send your item (s) back in exchange for a full value refund, the following needs to be carried out: 

• Ensure you haven’t left any marks or stains on the item.
• contact us at - info@twentyfoursevenclo.com explaining why you want a full refund. 
• Once we have approved the return (usually within 24 hours), we will send you a return address.
• Make sure you provide us with a shipping receipt.
• When we received the item(s) back, we will refund your order & your shipping fees.
