Returns Policy

If your order isn’t quite right or you aren’t fully satisfied, we have a free returns policy for a replacement item(s) or a refund. 

If you’d like to return your item(s): 

• Ensure you haven’t left any marks or stains on the item.
• contact us at - info@twentyfoursevenclo.com explaining your request within 28 days after placing your order.
• We will provide a you with a return shipping label.
• If you do not have access to a printer, we will provide the return shipping address for the you to return the order, please ensure that you provide us with a shipping receipt.
• Once we receive the return item(s) and approve the request, we will refund your order (as well as any shipping fees if necessary).
