Returns Policy

If your order isn’t quite right or you aren’t fully satisfied, we have a free returns policy for a replacement item(s) or a refund. 

If you’d like to return your item(s): 

• Please ensure your order is in the exact same condition it was when it was received. 
• contact us at - info@twentyfoursevenclo.com with your request within 10 days after receiving your order.
• We will provide a you with a return shipping label.
• If you do not have access to a printer, we will provide our return shipping address for you to return your order. In this instance, please ensure that you provide us with a shipping receipt via email.
• Once we receive the return item(s) and approve the request, we will refund your order (as well as any shipping fees if necessary). 

Please note, we only offer one free return per order. Should you wish to return an already exchanged order, postage costs may apply.
